Halloween Thanks!

Firstly a HUGE thanks to Everyone who came to the event! We hope you all had a great time.
Then an even bigger THANKS and WE COULDNT DO IT WITHOUT YOU!!! To all the folk who are involved in making this night happen, (Set up pack down team, Bonfire builders & wood donations, set dressers, caterers, DJ and anyone else i forget) It takes ALOT of work and we are always in need of any help offered to enable us to keep running our events. Now for a Special THANK YOU to Alfred Shacklady from Astley, Who is an ex ginpiter who contacted the website: 
“i would like to put something back in the village,were i spent my childhood.I will soon be celebrating my 90th birthday,and in my garden i have a large pumpkin, i thought that you would be interested in this Pumpkin for your Halloween and bonfire Bash”
With the pumpkin we did a guess the weight.and that helped raise some more funds, Alfred also left us with a donation also. Thanks Alfred We REALLY appreciate it.

WOW…. where did everyone come from LOL….. at times i think we were caught by surprise but i think a good time was had by all, its a lovely thing to see all them dressed up folk!
Can not wait till next years spooky treats!
